Christmas Table Styling

The presents are wrapped, your oven is waiting to work overtime and the decorations are up in full, festive display. Now here comes the tricky bit: styling your dining table. Will the dinner be an elegant sit-down affair? Or will the night end with your guests lounging on the couch, mulling a glass of wine?

Regardless if you're using fancy ceramic plates or disposable utensils, your guests need to leave thinking: that party was definitely a 10/10.

Don't Leave Out The Details

Every section of the table counts. From the centre piece to your table runner and napkins, go the extra mile to accentuate the dinner with festive reminders.

Make Your Guests Feel Special

Make your party one to remember by giving guests small favours they can bring home with them. Assign seats (the best way to be strategic when it comes to dinner conversations!) and personalise names for each special guest. Throwing in a little treat in the form of candy cane would make a sweet surprise.

And if you've really run dry of creative juices, stick with the classics. A touch of gold, white and sparkle can never go wrong. Create elegance to your dinner table with subtle hints of the festive season using foliage, glassware and plenty of lighting.

Now go on and get feasting. Happy Christmas everyone!
