SATURDAY SIP SESS : 6 REFRESHING COCKTAILS

Feeling a little hot and bothered these past few weeks? To cool it down a notch, we decided to come up with 6 refreshing cocktail recipes so easy and yummy, it'll have you chilled out in no time. 

COCKTAIL #1: SUNDOWNER RUM SOUR

Combine rum, honey, sugar syrup, lime juice and mint leaves with a fistful of ice in our cocktail shaker. Shake it like it's your last dance, then strain over fresh ice in the Sundowner Glass. Garnish and it's good to go!

COCKTAIL #2: ROSEMARY & LEMON CAVA

Give your senses a treat with a refreshing whiff of rosemary and lemon in this next cocktail. It also happens to be a perfect pairing with grilled meat or cold cut platters - perfect for entertaining.

Make them fresh by first bruising the sprig of rosemary. Gently roll it between your palms to release it's fragrant oil. Place it in the Window Pane Glass and fill glass with ice to 3/4 full and pour the remaining ingredients with a quick stir. Garnish with lemon slice.

COCKTAIL #3: BERRY MOSCOW MULE

Taking the classic Moscow Mule down berry lane, slam this recipe in seconds and be an immediate crowd pleaser. Simply fill our Moscow Copper Cup with ice, combine everything except for the blueberries in the cup and stir. Garnish with blueberries into the mug and a lime wedge for garnish, and serve it up!

COCKTAIL #4: APPLE & HONEY TEQUILA SANGRIA

Have a sweet tooth? This deliciously sweet and fun concoction is a great choice - fill this glass to 1/3 full with a mix of honey, tequila and apple juice with ice. Top to brim with Chardonnay, stir mixture gently and garnish with apple slice. 

Make a jug of this by multiplying the recipe by the amount of guests and fill their glasses individually. 

COCKTAIL #5: SPICED BAILEY ROOTBEER FLOAT

Now, who wouldn't love a scoop of ice-cream with cold soda in this weather? Spicing things up just a little more, first, scoop ice cream into the Old Time Copper Mug. Pour Baileys over the ice cream and top with root beer. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and you're ready to serve.
