Room service is for anyone! We help home owners, interior designers and businesses all over the world, offering expert sourcing consultation for any space large or small.
Room service includes:

- Guaranteed quality assurance and strict send-off checks, topped with shipping management straight to your door, wherever you are in the world.
We aim to complete your personalised list within a week, depending on the size of your project. However estimate international shipping times can add an additional 4-5 weeks depending on delivery location.
. PRICING .
After a brief from you, we will establish an estimated time duration for sourcing and consultation. A pre-payment for consultation is required in order for room service to begin.
Any additional time spent on sourcing will incur an additional fee which will show on your final invoice.
. DISCOUNTS .
Our partnerships with many manufacturers and suppliers include perks and discounts for our clients. That means additional discounts on your order!
. MINIMUM SPEND .
There is a minimum of SGD 500 spend for sourced orders, not including shipping or consultation costs.
. ESTIMATED TIMELINE & PROCEDURE .
After a detailed brief from you, and depending on the size of the project, we aim to have a curated inventory list for you within a week.
Upon confirmation, an invoice pre-payment of 70% will need to be fulfilled before we begin to purchase products and consolidate your order. This normally takes between 1-2 weeks depending on how large your order is.
Once your order is consolidated in our warehouse, we conduct thorough quality checks that can take between 2-4 days.
A second invoice for the final 30% payment with shipping cost will need to be fulfilled before your order shipment gets processed and shipped to your door. This normally takes about 3-5 weeks depending on delivery location and custom checks.
. ADD-ON SERVICE - RETAIL & F&B PACKAGING .
We provide production services that include packaging for boxes and bags of various sizes with company design or logos, and other associated branding materials. If you would like this add-on, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
. PAYMENT TERMS .
An initial tranche of 70% deposit is required on confirmation of order. Orders will only be processed once this first tranche is received. Balance of payment is required within 7 days when notification is given by Cluster-Cluster that your order is completed and consolidated, ready for shipping.
A warehousing and storage fee of 5% every 2 weeks, or part thereof, will be charged for goods not paid and confirmed after 7 days of confirmation.
. SHIPPING .
Shipping is managed by a third-party shipping agent provider.
If you choose to have your own shipping or cargo agent manage your order, please notify Cluster-Cluster, and we will liaise with your chosen carrier or agent with respect to packaging requirements and pick up location.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be shown on your final invoice. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and custom fees in your country upon delivery.
Shipping management includes domestic trucking, ocean shipping freight, terminal handling charges, documentation, TLX, consolidation warehousing charges, as well as equipment transfer charges, delivery order fees to warehouse and agent door to door delivery/ domestic trucking on arrival.
Estimated price for shipping will show on your final invoice after complete consolidation of products in our warehouse. For rough calculation, 1 cubic meter of space used in a loose container is roughly SGD 220 and includes door to door delivery.
. GUARANTEED QUALITY CHECKS .
We offer guaranteed quality checks for all orders once goods arrive at our consolidation warehouse. We repackage boxes and crate them to make sure there is maximum protection if needed before send off.
If we receive your product broken, we will replace it right away!
. REFUNDS & RETURNS .
All products sold are non-refundable or returnable. Cluster-Cluster is not responsible for any breakage due to shipping. For every order, we offer guaranteed quality checks before send off.
For product defects not caused by shipping, please inform Cluster-Cluster within 3 days from day of delivery, otherwise these defects will not be considered for refund. Please note, as we use a third party shipping company, shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
. CANCELLATION .
We start to process an order as soon as a deposit is received. You may cancel an order within 24 hours. Any orders cancelled after this timeframe will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
. DISCLAIMER & LIMITED OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD .
Products from Cluster-Cluster are sourced all over South East Asia, Australia, Europe and China, some of which are handmade and artisanal. There may be slight flaws, imperfections or minor size and colour variances. We believe any potential imperfections add the value of character, uniqueness and beauty to the product.
Cluster-Cluster makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Cluster-Cluster web site. Under no condition will Cluster-Cluster be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Cluster-Cluster will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to any product purchased form the Cluster-Cluster web site.
. RISK OF LOSS .
Once your order has left the premises of Cluster-Cluster it becomes the property and responsibility of the Purchaser. If product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with their country's shipping agent and company. No refunds or replacements will be given for product damaged due to shipping or missing in transit.
